The Contractor shall maintain the following insurance to protect it from claims under the Xxxxxxx’x Compensation Act, and from any other claims for personal injury, including death, and for damage to property that may arise from operations under the contract, whether such operations be by itself or by any subcontractor, or anyone directly or indirectly employed by either of them.
