Insurance and Taxes. A. The Employer agrees to carry any and all insurance and pay all taxes as required by applicable State and Federal law. B. The Employer further agrees to pay the State Workmens' Compensation Insurance and into the State Unemployment Compensation Fund such amounts as are due under State and Federal laws.
