Insurance and Taxes. A. The Employer agrees to carry all insurance and pay all applicable taxes as required by applicable State and Federal laws. B. The Employer agrees to pay the State Worker's Compensation Insurance and into the State Unemployment Compensation Fund such amounts that are required under State and Federal laws. C.
