Insurance Appraisal; Evidence of Insurance. Administrative Agent shall have received (i) a copy of the insurance report prepared by Aon Risk Services with respect to Company and its Subsidiaries and such report shall be in form and substance satisfactory to Agents, and (ii) satisfactory certificates of insurance with respect to each of the insurance policies required pursuant to subsection 6.4, and Agents shall be satisfied with the nature and scope of these insurance policies.
