Common use of Insurance & Bonding Clause in Contracts

Insurance & Bonding. Agency shall require a Contractor to maintain liability insurance for protection against claims for damages because of bodily injury or death, claims for damages, to property which may arise out of or result from the Contractor’s operation under a contract whether such operations be by the Contractor or by any Subcontractor or anyone directly or indirectly employed by any of them. This specific coverage amount for each project shall be identified in the ensuing contract for each specific project and the Contractor shall, upon request, present the Agency with a certificate of such insurance.
