Performance Monitoring. The Grantee will monitor the performance of the Recipient against goals and performance standards required herein. Substandard performance as determined by the Grantee will constitute noncompliance with this Agreement. If action to correct such substandard performance is not taken by the Recipient within a reasonable period of time after being notified by the Grantee, contract suspension or termination procedures will be initiated.
Performance Monitoring. A. Performance Monitoring of Subrecipient by County, State of California and/or HUD shall consist of requested and/or required written reporting, as well as onsite monitoring by County, State of California or HUD representatives.

Performance Monitoring. 10 C.5.1 Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan 11 NMFS intends to monitor contractor performance against the Schedule of 12 Deliverables (Section F.5.3).
Performance Monitoring. Any Firm providing legal services on behalf of Citizens shall fully comply with the requirements and expectations stated in these Guidelines. The Firm shall be responsible for ensuring all individuals in the Firm performing services on Citizens’ behalf are familiar with and adhere to these Guidelines. In order to maintain the standards expressed in these Guidelines, Citizens will conduct routine monitoring and evaluation of Firm performance. Such performance will be analyzed and scored using the following key performance indicators: (1) compliance with Citizens’ billing guidelines; (2) compliance with Citizens’ reporting and file handling expectations as outlined in these Guidelines or as established by Citizens; (3) adherence to Citizens’ legal strategies and directives; and (4) timely communication and responsiveness to Citizens. Failure to comply with any portion of these Guidelines may result in corrective action as deemed appropriate by Citizens including, but not limited to, suspension from new assignments, reimbursement of bills paid by Citizens and/or termination of the Firm’s Claims & Litigation Legal Services Contract with Citizens.
Performance Monitoring. The Supplier shall comply with the monitoring requirements set out in Part B (Performance Monitoring) of Call Off Schedule 6 (Service Levels, Service Credits and Performance Monitoring).

PRINCIPAL POINTS Part B to this Call Off Schedule 6 provides the methodology for monitoring the provision of the Goods and/or Services: to ensure that the Supplier is complying with the Service Levels; and for identifying any failures to achieve Service Levels in the performance of the Supplier and/or provision of the Goods and/or Services ("Performance Monitoring System"). Within twenty (20) Working Days of the Call Off Commencement Date the Supplier shall provide the Customer with details of how the process in respect of the monitoring and reporting of Service Levels will operate between the Parties and the Parties will endeavour to agree such process as soon as reasonably possible.

The Firm shall be responsible for ensuring all individuals in the Firm performing services on Citizens’ behalf are familiar with and adhere to these Guidelines. In order to maintain the standards expressed in these Guidelines, Citizens may conduct routine monitoring and evaluation of Firm performance. Failure to comply with any portion of these Guidelines may result in corrective action as deemed appropriate by Citizens including, but not limited to, suspension from new assignments, reimbursement of bills paid by Citizens and/or termination of the Firm’s Contract with Citizens.
Performance Monitoring. All grid solar PV power projects must install necessary equipment to continuously measure solar radiation, ambient temperature, wind speed and other weather parameters and simultaneously measure the generation of DC power as well as AC power generated from the plant. They will be required to submit this data to Procurer and MNRE or any other designated agency on line and/or through a report on regular basis every month for the entire duration of PPA. In this regard they shall mandatorily also grant access to Procurer and MNRE or any other designated agency to the remote monitoring portal of the power plants on a 24X7 basis.
