Common use of Insurance Cancellation Clause in Contracts

Insurance Cancellation. Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph ---------------------- 5.1 above, no use shall be made or permitted to be made of the Premises nor acts done which will cause the cancellation of any insurance policy covering said Premises or the Building, and if Lessee's use of the Premises causes an increase in said insurance rates Lessee shall pay any such increases.
