Common use of Insurance Cancellation Clause in Contracts

Insurance Cancellation. Tenant shall not do nor permit anything ---------------------- to be done on or about the Leased Premises which may in any way cause cancellation or increase the existing rate of any insurance policy covering the Building or any of its contents, or cause cancellation of any such insurance policy. If any such action shall increase the rate of any such policy, Tenant shall pay the amount of such increase.
