Common use of Insurance Certificate and Opinion Clause in Contracts

Insurance Certificate and Opinion. On or before the Closing Date, --------------------------------- the Indenture Trustee and each Participant shall have received (x) each certificate relating to insurance that is required pursuant to Section 12 of the Lease and (y) certificates from a nationally recognized insurance broker substantially in the forms attached hereto as Exhibits A-1 and A-2 with respect to the public liability insurance required by Section 12.1(b)
