Insurance Certificate Requirements. 13.3.1 Tenant shall deliver to Landlord certificates evidencing the existence and amounts of the insurance with loss payable clauses as required herein. No policy shall be cancelable or subject to reduction of coverage or other modification except after thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to Landlord. 13.3.2 The insurance required to be maintained herein may be carried under blanket policies.
