INSURANCE COMMISSION REBATES. The total amount of any and all Unemployment Insurance Commission rebates for which the Corporation and the Union qualify shall accrue to the Employer, to assist in offsetting the costs of funding the Long Term Sick Leave Fund as referred to in Article IX, Section 9.04(2).
