Common use of Insurance Contracts Act 1984 Clause in Contracts

Insurance Contracts Act 1984. Nothing in this policy will affect the rights of the insured or insurer under the Insurance Contracts Act 1984 as amended from time to time. Where such Act is applicable and in the event that there is a conflict between the provisions of the policy and the Act, then the provisions of this policy shall be amended as necessary in order to comply with the requirements of the Act.
