Insurance Coverage Changes, Regulations and Reviews. Any changes in the insurance program (e.g. coverage, plan design, etc.) shall be mutually agreed upon by the parties. A permanent insurance committee shall meet quarterly with the administration to review costs, potential premium rate changes, and reserve fund levels. This committee shall make recommendations to the parties.
