The Recipient shall protect itself from and against all claims for or involving bodily injury (including personal injury), death, or property damage that might arise from anything done or omitted by the Recipient or by any person acting in any capacity for it or on its behalf pursuant to this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is the Recipient’s sole responsibility to determine the nature and extent of insurance coverage, if any, is necessary or advisable for its own protection. The City makes no representation or warranty as to the nature or extent of insurance that the Recipient may require to provide itself with such protection, and any requirement for insurance contained in this Agreement does not constitute any such representation or warranty.
