Insurance for Subconsultants. All Subconsultants shall be included as additional insureds under Consultant's policies, or Consultant shall be responsible for causing Subconsultants to purchase the appropriate insurance in compliance with the terms of these Insurance Requirements, including adding the Town as an Additional Insured to the Subconsultant's policies. Consultant shall provide to Town satisfactory evidence as required under Section 3.2.10.1 of this Agreement.
