Common use of Insurance for the Benefit of Executive Clause in Contracts

Insurance for the Benefit of Executive. (a) Subject to the provisions of Paragraph 6(c), Executive shall be covered by Employer's medical and disability insurance in effect from time to time, the premiums for which shall be paid for by Employer.
