Insurance (GCC Clause 11). GCC 11.1— The Goods supplied under the Contract shall be Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) under which risk is transferred to the Buyer after having been delivered. Hence insurance coverage is seller’s responsibility. Since the Insurance is seller’s responsibility they may arrange appropriate coverage.
