Insurance Policies; Certificates of Insurance; Endorsements. The Loan Parties shall have delivered evidence acceptable to the Agent that adequate insurance in compliance with Section 8.1.3 [Maintenance of Insurance] is in full force and effect and that all premiums then due thereon have been paid, together with a certified copy of each Loan Party's casualty insurance policy or policies evidencing coverage satisfactory to the Agent, with additional insured, mortgagee and lender loss payable special endorsements attached thereto in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent and its counsel naming the Agent as additional insured, mortgagee and lender loss payee.
