Common use of Insurance Policies; Certificates of Insurance; Endorsements Clause in Contracts

Insurance Policies; Certificates of Insurance; Endorsements. The Loan Parties shall have delivered evidence acceptable to the Administrative Agent that adequate insurance in compliance with Section 8.1.3 [Maintenance of Insurance] is in full force and effect and that all premiums then due thereon have been paid, together with certificates of insurance from the Loan Parties’ independent insurance broker describing and certifying as to the existence of the insurance and evidencing coverage satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, with additional insured and lender loss payable special endorsements attached thereto in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and its counsel naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured and lender loss payee.
