Common use of Insurance Policies; Certificates of Insurance; Endorsements Clause in Contracts

Insurance Policies; Certificates of Insurance; Endorsements. The Loan Parties shall have delivered evidence acceptable to Agent that adequate insurance in compliance with Section 7.1.3 is in full force and effect and that all premiums then due thereon have been paid, together with a certified copy of the Loan Parties’ casualty insurance policy or policies evidencing coverage satisfactory to Agent, with additional insured, mortgagee and lender loss payable special endorsements attached thereto in form and substance satisfactory to Agent and its counsel naming Agent as additional insured, mortgagee and lender loss payee.

The Loan Parties shall have delivered evidence acceptable to the Agent that adequate insurance in compliance with Section 7.1.3 8.1.3 [Maintenance of Insurance], and with other provisions of applicable Loan Documents, is in full force and effect and that all premiums then due thereon have been paid, together with a certified copy of the each Loan Parties’ Party’s casualty insurance policy or policies evidencing coverage satisfactory to the Agent, with additional insured, mortgagee and lender loss payable special endorsements attached thereto in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent and its counsel naming the Agent as additional insured, mortgagee mortgagee, and lender loss payee.

Such insurance policy or policies evidencing coverage satisfactory to Agent, with shall include additional insured, mortgagee insured and lender loss payable special endorsements attached thereto in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent and its counsel naming the Agent as additional insured, mortgagee insured and lender loss payee.
