Common use of Insurance Policy Cancellation Clause in Contracts

Insurance Policy Cancellation. In case of cancellation of any insurance policy required to be carried by this Contract, or the insolvency, bankruptcy or failure of any such insurance company that has issued a policy hereunder, the Contractor shall promptly notify the Authority and obtain new insurance policies in the amounts and coverage required hereby.
