Common use of Insurance Policy Forms Clause in Contracts

Insurance Policy Forms. All policies of insurance required by this Paragraph shall, whre appropriate, designate Lessor as either the insured party or as a named additionally insured party, shall be written as primary policies, not contributory with and not in excess of any coverage which Lessor shall carry, and shall contain a provision that the issuer shall give to Lessor thirty (30) days prior written notice of any cancellation or lapse of such insurance or of any change in the coverage thereof.
