Policy Forms. Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, or agreed to in writing by OGS, policies must be written on an occurrence basis.

Policy Forms. When requested, the Ceding Company will furnish the Reinsurer with a sample copy of each policy and rider form that applies to the Plans of Insurance to be reinsured hereunder.

Insurance policies that remove or restrict blanket contractual liability located in the “insured contract” definition (as stated in Section V, Number 9, Item f in the ISO CGL policy) or that remove or modify the “insured contract” exception to the employers liability exclusion so as to limit coverage for claims that arise out of contract work, or that do not cover the additional insured for claims involving injury to employees of the named insured or subcontractors, are not acceptable. Policy forms must be provided to the Department upon request.
Policy Forms. Any policy forms or other AgentSecure supplies furnished to Producer by AgentSecure shall always remain the property of AgentSecure and all property of AgentSecure shall be returned to it or its representative promptly upon demand or upon termination.
Policy Forms. Coverage may be written using a combination of approved Bowhead Policy Forms, approved endorsements and manuscript endorsements. All forms and endorsements, including manuscript forms must be pre-approved by division manager and/or CUO and, BSU legal or outside counsel.
Policy Forms. Reinsurer acknowledges receipt from Ceding Company of specimen forms of the insurance policies under which the Reinsured Claims have been incurred.
