Common use of Insurance Provider Compliance Clause in Contracts

Insurance Provider Compliance. If, during this period when an insurer is providing the insurance as required by this Charter, an insurer fails to comply with the foregoing minimum requirements, as soon as the School has knowledge of any such failure the School shall immediately notify the Sponsor and promptly replace the insurance with insurance provided by another insurer meeting the requirements. Such replacement insurance coverage must be obtained within twenty (20) days of cancellation or lapse of coverage.
