English Language Learners. The Charter School shall comply with all applicable federal laws and regulations relating to the provision of educational services to English Language Learners.
English Language Learners. The School shall provide services to students who are English Language Learners in compliance with all applicable federal and State laws, regulations, rules, court orders, policies, procedures, and guidance, all as may be amended from time to time, to ensure linguistic accessibility to the School's educational program. The Commission shall provide the School with technical assistance similar to those services received by other public schools. The School shall also assist Immigrant Children and Youth, as defined in Section 3301(6), Title III, Elementary and Secondary Education Act, as the same may be amended from time to time, in meeting the State academic content and student academic achievement standards that all public school students are expected to meet.

The School shall provide services to students with limited English proficiency in compliance with all federal and State laws, regulations, rules, court orders, policies, procedures and guidance, all as may be amended from time to time, to ensure linguistic accessibility to the School's educational program. The Commission shall provide the School with technical assistance similar to those services provided by the DOE complex areas to the DOE-operated public schools. The School shall also assist Immigrant Children and Youth, as defined in Section 3301(6), Title III, Elementary and Secondary Education Act, as the same may be amended from time to time, in meeting the State academic content and student academic achievement standards that all public school students are expected to meet.
English Language Learners. The School shall identify and provide resources and support to English language learners to enable them to acquire sufficient English language proficiency to participate in the mainstream English language instructional program in accordance with state and federal law. The School shall follow the Institute’s requirements for identifying, assessing and exiting English language learners. The School shall implement the plan for meeting the needs of English language learners, consistent with the plan provided to the Institute.
English Language Learners a) The School will provide programs such as English for Speakers of other Languages (ESOL) and services for English Language Learners (ELL) students according to Florida Statute and Florida State Board of Education Rules to meet the requirements of the Consent Decree entered in Lulac, et al. v. State Board of Education and related rules of the State Board of Education in Chapter 6A-6.
English Language Learners. The Charter School shall be responsible for meeting the needs of English language learners in compliance with Missouri and Federal law, including any Federal court decisions applicable to children of the district in which the Charter School is located.

The School shall implement a program for English Language Learner (ELL) students that uses efficient and effective techniques to provide ELL students with the English language skills they need to meaningfully and equally participate in the School’s mainstream English language instructional program. To satisfy the three-pronged test set forth in Xxxxxxxxx x. Xxxxxxx (1981), the School must meet the needs of ELL students in several critical areas, as follows:
English Language Learners. 3.5.1 The Charter School shall provide resources and support to English language learners to enable them to acquire sufficient English language proficiency to participate in the mainstream English language instructional program. The Charter School shall adhere to policies and procedures for identifying, assessing and exiting English language learners, consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. The Authority and the Charter School will work to assure compliance with any and all requirements of the state and federal law regarding services to English language learners.

The Network shall ensure each School shall implement a program for English Language Learner (ELL) students that uses efficient and effective techniques to provide ELL students with the English language skills they need to meaningfully and equally participate in each School’s mainstream English language instructional program. Each School shall follow the District’s procedures for identifying, assessing and exiting ELL students, consistent with state and federal law. To satisfy the three-pronged test set forth in Xxxxxxxxx x. Xxxxxxx (1981), the Network must ensure each School meets the needs of ELL students in several critical areas, as follows:
English Language Learners. The Charter School shall address the needs of English Language Learner (ELL) students pursuant to applicable federal and state laws and regulations (including Title III of the Elementary and Secondary Act (ESEA). The Charter School agrees to maintain and consistently implement a policy to identify students in need of ELL services, to provide services in an equitable manner to ensure access to the school’s educational program (including the provision to appropriate accommodations), and to facilitate exit from ELL services according to individual student capacity.
