INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR NONPUBLIC SCHOOLS AFFILIATED. WITH A RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT FACILITY (“RTC”) A. Commercial General Liability including both bodily injury and property damage, with limits as follows: $3,000,000 per occurrence $6,000,000 in General Aggregate. The policy shall be endorsed to name the LEA and the Board of Education as named additional insured and shall provide specifically that any insurance carried by the LEA which may be applicable to any claims or loss shall be deemed excess and the RTC’s insurance primary despite any conflicting provisions in the RTC’s policy. Coverage shall be maintained with no Self-Insured Retention above $100,000 without the prior written approval of the LEA.
