Common use of Insurance to be Maintained by Landlord Clause in Contracts

Insurance to be Maintained by Landlord. Landlord shall maintain (a) “all-risk” property insurance policy covering the Property (at its full replacement cost), but excluding Tenant’s Property (defined below), and (b) commercial general public liability insurance covering Landlord for claims arising out of liability for bodily injury, death, personal injury, advertising injury and property damage occurring in and about the Property and otherwise resulting from any acts and operations of Landlord, its agents and employees, and (c) rent loss insurance, all of the above with limits that are required by any lender(s) of Landlord, or as are otherwise reasonably determined by Landlord.

Insurance to be Maintained by Landlord. Landlord shall maintain (a) “"all-risk” " property insurance policy covering the Property (at its full replacement cost), but excluding Tenant’s 's Property (defined below), and (b) commercial general public liability insurance covering Landlord for claims arising out of liability for bodily injury, death, personal injury, advertising injury and property damage occurring in and about the Property and otherwise resulting from any acts and operations of Landlord, its agents and employees, and (c) rent loss insurance, all of the above with limits that are required by any lender(s) of Landlord, or as are otherwise reasonably determined by Landlord.

Landlord shall maintain (a) “all-risk” property insurance policy covering the Property (at its full replacement cost), but excluding Tenant’s Property (AS defined in Section 12.2 below), and (b) commercial general public liability insurance covering Landlord for claims arising out of liability for bodily injury, death, personal injury, advertising injury and property damage occurring in and about the Property and otherwise resulting from any acts and operations of Landlord, its agents and employees, and (c) rent loss insurance, all of the above with limits that are required by any lender(s) of Landlord, or as are otherwise reasonably determined by Landlord.

Landlord shall maintain throughout the Term (a) “all-all- risk” property insurance policy covering the Property (at its full replacement cost), but excluding Tenant’s Property (defined below)Property, and (b) commercial general public liability insurance covering Landlord for claims arising out of liability for bodily injury, death, personal injury, advertising injury and property damage occurring in and about the Property and otherwise resulting from any acts and operations of Landlord, its agents and employees, and (c) rent loss insuranceinsurance (collectively, “Landlord’s Policies”), all of the above with limits that are required by any lender(s) of Landlord, Landlord or as are otherwise reasonably determined by Landlord.

Landlord shall maintain (a) “all-risk” property insurance policy covering the Property Premises (at its full replacement cost), but excluding Tenant’s Property (defined in Section 12.2 below), and (b) commercial general public liability insurance covering Landlord for claims arising out of liability for bodily injury, death, personal injury, advertising injury and property damage occurring in and about the Property Premises and otherwise resulting from any acts and operations of Landlord, its agents and employees, and (c) rent loss insurance, all of the above with limits that are required by any lender(s) of Landlord, or as are otherwise reasonably determined by Landlord.

Landlord shall maintain (a) “all-riskspecial form” property insurance policy covering the Property (at its full replacement cost), but excluding Tenant’s Property (defined belowbelow in Section 12.2), and (b) commercial general public liability insurance covering Landlord for claims arising out of liability for bodily injury, death, personal injury, advertising injury and property damage occurring in and about the Property and otherwise resulting from any acts and operations of Landlord, its agents and employees, and (c) rent loss insurance, all of the above with limits that are required by any lender(s) of Landlord, or as are otherwise reasonably determined by Landlord.
