Common use of Insurance to be Provided by MGI Clause in Contracts

Insurance to be Provided by MGI. (a) MGI shall, during the term of this Agreement, continuously maintain in force policies of commercial general liability, all risk property insurance, automobile liability, and workers compensation insurance covering MGI's conduct and that of its employees, subcontractors and agents pursuant to this Agreement and all Gaming Devices and Incidental Equipment owned or leased by MGI and which become subject to this Agreement. These policies shall provide coverage with limits not less than the minimum limits set forth, below, with financially responsible insurers reasonably acceptable to VONS and licensed and authorized to do business in the State of Nevada.
