Common use of Insurance & Workers’ Compensation Clause in Contracts

Insurance & Workers’ Compensation. (a) Section 3.18 of the Disclosure Schedule sets forth a true, complete and accurate list of each currently effective material insurance policy issued in favor of the Company and each Subsidiary, setting forth the identity of the respective insurance carriers and a description of the policy. All premiums due and payable in respect of such policies have been paid, such policies are in full force and effect and free from any right granted by Company of termination on the part of the insurance carriers, except as provided in the respective policies. Schedule 3.18 of the Disclosure Schedule sets forth a description, indicating dates and nature of claims, of the workers' compensation experience as of January 31, 1998 of the Company and each domestic Subsidiary since February 3, 1996, or since the dates of their respective acquisition if later than February 3, 1996 in the case of the Subsidiaries.
