Insure Oklahoma/Oklahoma Employer/Employee Partnership for Insurance Coverage Individuals Plan. (hereinafter IO IP): A comprehensive SoonerCare package that requires members to share in the cost through premiums and co-payments. IO members choose a primary care provider who is paid a monthly rate for case management.
