Common use of Insurer Group Clause in Contracts

Insurer Group. For purposes of the coverage option election in Section 215.555(4)(b), Florida Statutes, Insurer Group means the group designation assigned by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) for purposes of filing consolidated financial statements. A Company is a member of a group as designated by the NAIC until such Company is assigned another group designation or is no longer a member of a group recognized by the NAIC.
