Actual Claims-Paying Capacity of the FHCF. This term means the sum of the Balance of the Fund as of December 31 of a Contract Year, plus any reinsurance purchased by the FHCF, plus the amount the SBA is able to raise through the issuance of revenue bonds, or through other means available by law to the SBA, up to the limit in accordance with Section 215.555(4)(c)1. and (6), Florida Statutes.

Actuarially Indicated This term means, with respect to Premiums paid by Companies for reimbursement provided by the FHCF, an amount determined in accordance with the definition provided in Section 215.555(2)(a), Florida Statutes. Additional Living Expense (ALE) ALE losses covered by the FHCF are not to exceed 40 percent of the insured value of a Residential Structure or its contents based on the coverage provided in the policy. Fair rental value, loss of rents, or business interruption losses are not covered by the FHCF.
