Common use of Intangible Personalty Clause in Contracts

Intangible Personalty. All the right, title and interest of Seller, in and to assignable licenses and permits relating to the operation of the Property, assignable guaranties and warranties from any contractor, manufacturer or other person in connection with the construction or operation of the Property, and the right to use the name of the Property (if any), but specifically excluding any right, title or interest of Seller in any trademarks, service marks and trade names of Seller and with reservation by Seller to use such name in connection with other property owned by Seller in the vicinity of the Property.

Intangible Personalty. All the right, title and interest of Seller, Seller in and to assignable licenses the following, to the extent assignable: (i) licenses, and permits relating to the ownership and operation of the PropertyProperty (as defined in the Agreement), assignable (ii) if still in effect, guaranties and warranties received by Seller from any contractor, manufacturer or other person in connection with the construction or operation of the Property, ; and the right (iii) any and all claims as they relate to use the name of the Property (if any), but specifically excluding any right, title or interest of Seller in any trademarks, service marks and trade names of Seller and with reservation by Seller to use such name in connection with other property owned by Seller in the vicinity of the Property.

Intangible Personalty. All the right, title and interest of Seller, if any, in and to assignable licenses and permits relating to the operation of the Property, assignable guaranties and warranties from any contractor, manufacturer or other person in connection with the construction or operation of the Property, and the right to use the name of the Property (if any), but specifically excluding any right, title or interest of Seller in any trademarks, service marks and trade names of Seller and with reservation by Seller to use such name in connection with other property owned by Seller in the vicinity of the Property.

Intangible Personalty. All the right, title and interest of Seller, if any and without warranty, in and to trade names, assignable licenses and permits relating to the operation of the Property, assignable guaranties and warranties from any contractor, manufacturer or other person in connection with the construction or operation of the Property, and the right to use the name of the Property (if any), but specifically excluding any right, title or interest of Seller in any trademarks, service marks and trade names of Seller and with reservation by Seller to use such name in connection with other property owned by Seller in the vicinity of the Property.

Intangible Personalty. All the of Seller’s right, title and interest of Seller, in and to assignable licenses and permits relating to the operation of the Property, assignable guaranties and warranties from any contractor, manufacturer or other person intangible property used in connection with the construction or operation foregoing, including without limitation all contract rights, warranties, guaranties, licenses, permits, entitlements, governmental approvals and certificates of the occupancy which benefit such Property, and excluding the right to use the name of the Excluded Property (if any), but specifically excluding any right, title or interest of Seller in any trademarks, service marks and trade names of Seller and with reservation by Seller to use such name in connection with other property owned by Seller as defined in the vicinity of the PropertyAgreement).

Intangible Personalty. All the right, title and interest of Seller, if any, in and to assignable licenses and permits relating to the operation of the Property, assignable guaranties and warranties from any contractor, manufacturer or other person in connection with the construction or operation of the Property, and the right to use the name of the Property (if any), but specifically excluding any right, title or interest of Seller in any trademarks, service marks and trade names of Seller and with reservation by Seller to use such name all other intangible property used exclusively in connection with other property owned by Seller in the vicinity of the Property.

Intangible Personalty. All the right, title and interest of Seller, Seller in and to assignable licenses the following, to the extent assignable: (i) licenses, and permits relating to the operation of the Property, assignable (ii) the right to use the name of the Real Property (if any) in connection with the Property, (iii) all telephone numbers and listing identifiable with the Property, and (iv) if still in effect, guaranties and warranties received by Seller from any unrelated third party, contractor, manufacturer or other person in connection with the construction or operation of the Property, and the right to use the name of the Property (if any), but specifically excluding any right, title or interest of Seller in any trademarks, service marks and trade names of Seller and with reservation by Seller to use such name in connection with other property owned by Seller in the vicinity of the Property.
