Intangibles and Personal Property. Notwithstanding any other provision hereof but subject to Section 6.4 relating to the security interest in favor of Lessor, Lessor’s Personal Property shall not include goodwill nor shall it include any other intangible personal property that is severable from Lessor’s “interests in real property” within the meaning of Section 856(d) of the Code, or any similar or successor provision thereto. All of Lessor’s Personal Property is leased to Lessee pursuant to the terms hereof.
