Common use of Intangibles and Personal Property Clause in Contracts

Intangibles and Personal Property. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Lease, but subject to Section 6.4 hereof (relating to Landlord's security interest), Landlord's Personal Property shall not include goodwill, or other intangible personal property severable from Landlord's "interests in real property" within the meaning of Section 856(d) of the Code. All of Landlord's Personal Property is leased to Tenant pursuant to the terms hereof.
