Common use of Intangibles and Personal Property Clause in Contracts

Intangibles and Personal Property. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Lease but subject to Articles 40 or 41 relating to the security interest in favor of Lessor, Leased Personal Property shall not include goodwill nor shall it include any other intangible personal property that is severable from Lessor's " interests in real property" within the meaning of Section 856(d) of the Code, or any similar or successor provision thereto.
