Common use of INTEGRATED AGREEMENT; MODIFICATION Clause in Contracts

INTEGRATED AGREEMENT; MODIFICATION. This Agreement in combination with the Contract Documents constitutes the entire agreement and understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter and supersedes all prior negotiations and representations. All appendices, annexes, and exhibits referred to herein are deemed to be incorporated in this Agreement in their entirety. There are no representations or understandings of any kind not set forth herein. This Agreement and the Contract Documents may not be modified except in writing and signed by the Parties.
