Common use of Integrated Agreement Clause in Contracts

Integrated Agreement. The Notice, this Option Agreement and the Plan constitute the entire understanding and agreement of the Optionee and the Participating Company Group with respect to the subject matter contained herein or therein and supersedes any prior agreements, understandings, restrictions, representations, or warranties among the Optionee and the Participating Company Group with respect to such subject matter other than those as set forth or provided for herein or therein. To the extent contemplated herein or therein, the provisions of the Notice and the Option Agreement shall survive any exercise of the Option and shall remain in full force and effect.

Integrated Agreement. The Notice, this This Option Agreement and the Plan constitute the entire understanding and agreement of the Optionee and the Participating Company Group with respect to the subject matter contained herein or and therein and supersedes any prior there are no agreements, understandings, restrictions, representations, or warranties among the Optionee and the Participating Company Group with respect to such subject matter other than those as set forth or provided for herein or therein. The Grant Notice, this Option Agreement and the Plan shall constitute the entire understanding and agreement of the Optionee Participant and the Participating Company Group with respect to the subject matter contained herein or therein and supersedes supersede any prior agreements, understandings, restrictions, representations, or warranties among the Optionee Participant and the Participating Company Group with respect to such subject matter other than those as set forth or provided for herein or thereinmatter. To the extent contemplated herein or thereinherein, the provisions of the Notice and Grant Notice, the Option Agreement and the Plan shall survive any exercise of the Option and shall remain in full force and effect.

To the extent contemplated herein or thereinherein, the provisions of the Notice and the this Option Agreement shall survive any exercise of the this Option and shall remain in full force and effect.

To the extent contemplated herein or therein, the provisions of the Notice and the Option Agreement shall survive any exercise of the Option and shall remain in full force and effect.

The Grant Notice, this Option Agreement and the Plan shall constitute the entire understanding and agreement of the Optionee Participant and the 11 Participating Company Group with respect to the subject matter contained herein or therein and supersedes supersede any prior agreements, understandings, restrictions, representations, or warranties among the Optionee Participant and the Participating Company Group with respect to such subject matter other than those as set forth or provided for herein or thereinmatter. To the extent contemplated herein or thereinherein, the provisions of the Notice and Grant Notice, the Option Agreement and the Plan shall survive any exercise of the Option and shall remain in full force and effect.

Integrated Agreement.
