INTEGRATED CONTRACT. This Agreement and the Exhibits hereto contain the entire agreement of ANAHEIM and CONSULTANT with respect to the matters covered hereby, and no agreement, statement or promise made by either ANAHEIM or CONSULTANT which is not contained herein, shall be valid or binding. No prior agreement, understanding or representation pertaining to any such matter shall be effective for any purpose.
INTEGRATED CONTRACT. This Agreement represents the full and complete understanding of every kind or nature whatsoever between the parties. Any preliminary negotiations and agreements of any kind or nature are merged into this Agreement. No oral agreement or implied covenant may be held to vary the provisions of this Agreement. This Agreement may be modified only by written agreement signed by City and ABC, and approved as to form by the City Attorney.
INTEGRATED CONTRACT. This Contract sets forth all of the rights and duties of the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Contract, and replaces any and all previous Contracts or understandings, whether written or oral, relating thereto. This Contract may be amended only as provided for in the provisions of PSC-5 hereof.
INTEGRATED CONTRACT. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous negotiations, representations, agreements and understandings (both oral and written) of the Parties.
INTEGRATED CONTRACT. This Contract (including any addenda, exhibits, or attachments incorporated into and made a part of this contract) constitutes the entire agreement and understanding among the parties regarding the matters set forth herein and supersedes all previous negotiations, discussions, and understandings regarding such matters. The parties acknowledge and represent that they have not relied on any promise, inducement, representation, or other statement made in connection with this Contract that is not expressly contained herein. The terms of this Contract are contractual and not a mere recital.
INTEGRATED CONTRACT. This Agreement represents the entire Agreement between the Client and the Consultant. No verbal agreement or implied covenant shall be held to vary the provisions of this Agreement. In the event an inconsistency arises between any exhibit and any term of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail. This Agreement shall bind and inure to the benefit of the parties to this Agreement and any subsequent successors and assigns.
INTEGRATED CONTRACT. This Lease, the Landlord’s Rules and Regulations, Damage Schedule, Guaranties and other attachments to this Lease, including Schedule A signature page, contains all the agreements between the parties. Any prior oral or written statements by either party that are inconsistent with any terms of this integrated document shall be superseded by this Lease, which is the sole and exclusive agreement between the Parties.
INTEGRATED CONTRACT. 18 This Agreement and the Exhibits hereto contain the entire agreement of 19 ANAHEIM and CONTRACTOR with respect to the matters covered hereby, and no agreement, 20 statement or promise made by either ANAHEIM or CONTRACTOR which is not contained 21 herein, shall be valid or binding. No prior agreement, understanding or representation pertaining 22 to any matters covered hereby shall be effective for any purpose.
INTEGRATED CONTRACT. This Agreement and the exhibits and schedules hereto, and any written amendments to this Agreement satisfying the requirements of Section 10.1 hereof (i) constitute the entire agreement among Purchaser and Sellers with respect to the subject matter hereof or thereof, and (ii) supersede and replace all correspondence, understandings and communications between the parties hereto with respect to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
INTEGRATED CONTRACT. This Contract, including the Contract Documents, is the entire, complete, final and exclusive expression of the Parties with respect to the Work to be performed under this Contract and supersedes all other agreements or understandings, whether oral or written, between Contractor and District prior to the execution of this Contract.
