Integrated Agreements. Any written or unwritten commitment, or agreement between the parties or any individual employee covered by this Agreement, is hereby superseded by the terms of this Agreement. The County agrees not to make unilateral changes in mandatory subjects of bargaining except as specifically provided for in this Agreement or as provided for by law.
