Integrated Contract and Modification. The original Lease between the Tenant and Landlord is incorporated into this Sublease by reference, as if all their content were written down in this document. A Sublet which does not comply with the Lease or Sublet requirements may be grounds for eviction of the Subtenant or the Tenant. All Lease rules apply to the Subtenant.
