Integrated Master Schedule. The Contractor shall develop an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS, Deliverable OC-02), defined as an integrated and resource loaded schedule containing the detailed tasks necessary to ensure successful program execution, including all dependencies and inter-task relationships. The IMS shall be traceable to the SOW, the Program Management Plan, and all development, test, and transition plans required by the Contract. The IMS shall be used to verify achievability of Contract objectives, to evaluate progress toward meeting program objectives, and to integrate the program schedule activities with all program components. The IMS shall contain the Contract milestones, accomplishments, and discrete tasks/activities from Contract award to the completion of the Deployment Phase of the Contract. It shall display summary, intermediate, and detailed schedules, and shall accommodate periodic analysis of progress to date. The IMS shall be updated, at a minimum, on a monthly basis and reflect project status according to the Contractor’s management control system. The IMS shall be formatted as a Microsoft Office Project 2007 schedule. This plan will form the basis for discussions at each status meeting. Contractor shall participate in meetings and reviews during the term of the contract. Meeting shall occur at the locations in the following table, unless otherwise agreed to by OCCL Project Manager. Contractor shall be responsible for the OCCL project team travel costs to the Contractor Facility, limited to airfare, ground transportation, and lodging for (4) team members at a hotel with a reasonable government rate. The Contractor shall submit an IMS electronically via email as outlined in a format agreed upon by BARDA to the COR and the Contracting Officer for approval prior to the initiation of any activities of sufficient size and cost to require EVMS. The Integrated Master Schedule shall be incorporated into the contract, and shall be used to monitor performance of the contract. The Contractor shall include the key milestones and Go/No Go decision gates. The Contractor shall include BARDA Portfolio Management Milestones (See the AMCG Business Toolkit for a description and sample (hxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/xxxxx/amcg/contracts/Pages/toolkit.aspx) in their IMS and provide monthly updates within their IMS. This IMS shall include the following fields at a minimum; baseline start and finish, forecast start and finish, actual start and finish, predecessor and/or successor. The Contractor shall deliver the Integrated Master Schedule, viewed at the work package level in MS Project file format
Integrated Master Schedule. (“IMS”) Adjustments: The Supplier shall update the IMS on a weekly basis to reflect the Changes. The IMS shall also include status on items not changed. The IMS shall be forwarded by Supplier to Buyer.
Integrated Master Schedule. The Contractor shall develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). All activities and tasks associated with this SOW shall be defined and logically linked, showing predecessor/successor relationships and critical path. The defined activities shall be sufficient to account for the entire program under contract, and shall display all required data items, deliverables, integration, testing, hardware fabrication, firmware development, program events, decision points which impact contractual terms and conditions, and events requiring Government participation. Contractor milestones shall be measurable events and individual scheduled activities shall be further decomposed if it exceeds fourteen (14) calendar days in duration. Changes to the schedule do not require Government concurrence unless the change modifies the terms or conditions of the contract or dates/durations of Government required events (e.g., reviews, testing), or how events which impact terms and conditions of the contract are linked in the schedule. In these cases, the Contractor shall within five (5) calendar days notify the Government KO, COR, and the IPT technical representative of the required change. Accompanying the notification, the Contractor shall provide a proposed solution for Government approval prior to the Contractor implementing the change. The IMS shall be provided in accordance with (IAW) CDRL A002. If the Government KO concurs with the schedule change, a modification will be done to incorporate the revised schedule into the contract.
Integrated Master Schedule. The Contractor shall develop, implement, manage to, update, and maintain the EC Program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) by logically networking detailed program activities. The IMS shall be maintained in Microsoft Project™ 2010 format. The IMS shall be consistent with schedule of the Government. All Contractor schedule information delivered or presented at program reviews shall originate from the IMS. The IMS shall be traceable to the Program Plan and shall contain all critical events, accomplishments, criteria, predecessors and successors, and their dependencies. The IMS shall include a schedule for all WBS efforts using a Xxxxx chart. The Contractor shall conduct critical path analyses of the tasks and report problem areas and corrective actions required to eliminate/reduce schedule impact. The Contractor shall quantify the risk and provide optimistic, pessimistic, and most likely duration for each IMS activity and event. The Contractor shall ensure schedule integration with its subcontractors and shall verify/ensure the validity of the subcontractor’s schedule data, including demonstrating effective methods for incorporating schedule data from subcontractors into the Contractor’s IMS. Integrated Master Schedule. The Awardee shall provide within thirty (30) calendar days after project award an IMS in Microsoft Project format. Any updates to the IMS shall be included in the monthly progress reports. Submission shall be thirty (30) calendar days after the end of each month of performance. The Government will have ten (10) calendar days to respond to the report with any comments and the performer will have an additional five (5) calendar days to revise the deliverable or respond to those comments.
