Project Meetings. The Contractor shall attend a preconstruction conference and shall participate in regularly scheduled Project meetings.
Project Meetings. 32.1 Prior to the commencement of Work, Construction Contractor shall attend a preconstruction conference with Owner and Design Professional and others as appropriate to discuss the Master Project Schedule, procedures for handling shop drawings and other submittals, and for processing Applications for Payment, and to establish a working understanding among the parties as to the Work. During the prosecution of the Work, Construction Contractor shall attend any and all meetings convened by Owner or Design Professional with respect to the Project, when directed to do so by Owner or Design Professional. Construction Contractor shall have its subcontractors and suppliers attend all such meetings (including the preconstruction conference) as may be directed by Owner or Design Professional.
Project Meetings. Regularly scheduled remodeling or construction progress meetings shall be held at the job site. The Owner/Lessor shall include general contractors and sub- contractors as necessary. A first meeting shall be held prior to commencement of actual remodeling or construction (a Pre-construction Meeting referenced above) and held monthly thereafter until the construction or remodeling of the leased premises is completed. The meeting schedule may be altered when mutually agreeable between the Owner/Lessor and State.
Project Meetings. The Construction Administrator shall provide and keep a log of all meeting minutes for meetings that it attends. The Construction Administrator shall establish and monitor project meetings, which meetings shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
a. Meetings of the State, Architect, affected agency, and Construction Administrator. The actual frequency of the meetings shall be determined by the DAS Project Manager.
b. Weekly coordination and review meetings of the Construction Administrator and the general contractor.
c. All other meetings that State officials may require.
Project Meetings. The Prime Recipient is required to notify ARPA-E in advance of scheduled project meetings and tests. Upon request by ARPA-E, the Prime Recipient is required to provide ARPA-E with reasonable access (by telephone, webinar, or otherwise) to the project meetings and tests. The Prime Recipient is not expected to delay any work under this Award for the purpose of government insight.

During the prosecution of the Work, the Design-Build Firm shall attend any and all meetings convened by the County’s Representative or the County with respect to the Project, when directed to do so by the County or County’s Representative. Design-Build Firm shall have its Subcontractors and suppliers attend all such meetings (including the preconstruction conference) as may be directed by the County or County’s Representative. Performs this contract dated , 20 , between Principal and Owner for construction of improvements known as [Name of Project] located at [Street Address or Legal Description], under Xxx County Solicitation No. [Solicitation number], the contract being made a part of this bond by reference, at the times and in the manner prescribed in the contract; and
2. Promptly makes payments to all claimants, as defined in Section 255.05 (1), Florida Statutes, supplying Principal with labor, materials, or supplies, used directly or indirectly by Principal in the prosecution of the work provided for in the contract; and
3. Pays Owner all losses, damages, expenses, costs, and attorney's fees, including appellate proceedings, that Owner sustains because of a default by Principal under the contact; and
4. Performs the guarantee of all work and materials furnished under the contract for the time specified in the contract, then this bond is void; otherwise it remains in full force. Project Meetings. Project Meetings. The Architectural Designer shall prepare for and conduct progress meetings on the Project with School District representatives from the Office of Capital Programs. The Architectural Designer shall participate in community meetings and present design deliverables to the community.
Project Meetings. The A/E shall attend a minimum of two design development meetings per month conducted by the PM and attended by HISD at its option, as well as other HISD designated parties. These meetings shall serve as a forum for the exchange of information and resolution of design decisions, and will be a point where design progress is reviewed and noted. In addition, the A/E shall attend a minimum of one meeting per month to provide Project updates to a Project Advisory Team and/or the Parent Teacher Organization and/or members of the community. The A/E shall record, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings to all attendees and other appropriate parties within 2 working days of the meeting.
