Common use of Integrated Transaction Clause in Contracts

Integrated Transaction. To the extent that Section 365 of the Bankruptcy Code applies to this Agreement, the Parties agree that all transactions with each of the Companies under this Agreement and other agreements between each such Company and the BGS-FP Supplier for the provision of BGS Supply constitute one integrated transaction that can only be assumed or rejected in its entirety.
