Common use of Integration; Amendment Clause in Contracts

Integration; Amendment. This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and thereof, and supersedes and replaces in their entirety any prior agreements or understandings concerning such subject matter, including without limitation the First Agreement. This Agreement may not be waived, changed, modified, extended, or discharged orally, but only by agreement in writing signed in the case of the Company by the Chairman or Vice Chairman of the Company Board.

Integration; Amendment. This Agreement contains and the Option Agreement contain the entire agreement of the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and thereof, and supersedes together supersede and replaces replace in their entirety any prior agreements or understandings concerning such subject matter, including without limitation the First Agreement. This Agreement may not be waived, changed, modified, extended, or discharged orally, but only by agreement in writing signed in the case of the Company by the Chairman or Vice Chairman a duly authorized non-employee member of the Company Board.

No waiver, alteration or modification of any prior agreements or understandings concerning such subject matter, including without limitation of the First Agreement. This provisions of this Agreement may not shall be waived, changed, modified, extended, or discharged orally, but only by agreement binding unless in writing and signed in the case by duly authorized representatives of the Company by the Chairman or Vice Chairman of the Company Boardparties hereto.

Integration; Amendment. This Agreement contains and any agreements referenced herein represent the entire agreement of and understanding between the parties relating as to the subject matter hereof herein and thereofcollectively supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, and supersedes and replaces in their entirety any prior agreements whether written or understandings concerning such oral, with respect to the same subject matter. For clarification purposes and the avoidance of any doubt, including without limitation this Agreement shall not affect any agreements between the First AgreementCompany and Executive regarding intellectual property matters or confidential information of the Company. This Agreement may not be waived, changed, modified, extended, or discharged orally, but amended only by agreement in writing a written agreement, signed in the case of the Company by the Chairman or Vice Chairman of parties to be bound by the Company Boardamendment that specifically references this Agreement.
