Unauthorized Use of City's Name. Except as required by law or with the prior written consent of City (which consent may be withheld in city's sole and absolute discretion), Consultant shall not use City's name, seal or logo in any marketing materials, magazine, trade paper, newspaper, television or radio production or other similar medium, nor shall Consultant state, imply or in any way represent to any third party that City has endorsed or approved Consultant or any of its services or products.
