Common use of Integration; Amendment Clause in Contracts

Integration; Amendment. This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties herein and supersedes any and all other written or oral understandings as to those matters contained herein, and no prior oral or written understanding shall be of any force or effect with respect to those matters covered thereby. No amendment, change or modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless in writing, stating that it amends, changes or modifies this Agreement, and signed by all the parties hereto.

This Amended Agreement contains constitutes the entire understanding of agreement among the parties relating to the transactions described herein and supersedes any and all other written or oral understandings as to those matters contained herein, and no prior oral or written understanding shall be of any force or effect with respect to those matters covered therebyunderstandings. No amendment, change addition to or modification of this Agreement any provision hereof shall be valid binding on the parties, and no party shall be deemed to have waived any provision or any remedy available to it unless such amendment, addition, modification or waiver is in writing, stating that it amends, changes or modifies this Agreement, writing and signed by all a duly authorized officer or representative of the parties heretohereto and has been approved in writing by the Commission.
