Integration; Amendments; Consents. This Agreement, together with the other Loan Documents and the Environmental Indemnity, constitutes the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the Loan, and supersedes any prior negotiations or agreements, and supersedes any loan application submitted by Borrower to Lender and any commitment letter for the Loan delivered by Lender to Borrower. No modification, extension, discharge, termination or waiver of any provision of this Agreement or the other Loan Documents will be effective unless in writing, signed by the Person against whom enforcement is sought, and will be effective only in the specific instance for which it is given.
