Common use of Integration; Exhibits Clause in Contracts

Integration; Exhibits. The Agreement, together with the Exhibits and Schedules attached thereto or incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between Provider and Purchaser with respect to the subject matter thereof and supersedes all prior agreements relating to the subject matter hereof which are of no further force or effect. The Exhibits and Schedules attached to this Agreement, including these General Terms and Conditions as incorporated by reference, are integral parts of this Agreement and are an express part of this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions and any applicable Special Conditions, the provisions of the Special Conditions shall prevail.
