Integration and Modification This agreement includes the entire agreement of the parties and supersedes any prior discussions or agreements regarding the same subject. The agreement may be modified only by a written agreement signed by authorized representative of the parties.
INTEGRATION/MODIFICATION This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between the Company and the Executive regarding its subject matter and supersedes all prior negotiations and agreements, whether oral or written, between them with respect to its subject matter. This Agreement may not be modified except by a written agreement signed by the Executive and a duly authorized officer of the Company.
TERMINATION AND MODIFICATION A. This Agreement shall continue in full force and effect until 11:59 p.m., June 30, 2023.
DURATION AND MODIFICATION OF AGREEMENT 33:01 This Agreement shall be binding and continue in effect until June 30, 2020, and shall continue automatically thereafter for annual periods of one (1) year each, unless either party notifies the other in writing within the period of three (3) months next preceding the expiration date of this agreement, that it desires to amend or terminate it.
Modification of Agreement This Agreement may be modified, amended, suspended or terminated, and any terms or conditions may be waived, but only by a written instrument executed by the parties hereto.
Entire Agreement, Waiver or Modification This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and may not be altered, varied, revised or amended, except by an instrument in writing signed by the parties subsequent to the date of this Agreement. Complete Agreement; No Waiver This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding of the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings relating hereto. No modifica- tions or additions to or deletions from this Agreement shall be binding unless accepted in writing by an authorized representative of all parties, and the waiver of any breach or default will not constitute a waiver of any other right hereunder or any subsequent breach or default.
